Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
1. Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Shipping fee: €12.95
- Tracking: Included
2. Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Available for orders over €50
- Tracking: Included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware that:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- We declare the actual purchase value on all international shipments
- Some products may be restricted in certain countries
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.
Return Process in 4 Simple Steps
1. Submit a Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, send an email to [email protected] with the following return form:

Reason for return: [Wrong product, Damaged product, Not as expected, Other reason]

2. Return Approval
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you a return label with instructions if approved.
3. Ship the Product
Carefully package the product in its original packaging and ship it using the provided return label.
4. Refund or Exchange
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or ship the exchanged product.
Refund Details
- Timing: You will receive your refund within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Hoofdkussens (Head pillows)
- Drink- & thermosflessen (if opened or used)
- Koelbox accessoires that have come into contact with food
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
